ADEGBONMIRE OPEYEMI (Principal Partner)

She obtained her HND Estate Management Degree and a Post graduate Diploma in Financial Management from the University of Ibadan in 1996 and 2001 respectively. She is An Associate Member of the Nigeria Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers (ANIVS) and the Nigerian Institute of Management (NIM).

She is registered with the Estate Surveyor &Valuers Registration Board of Nigeria to practice Estate Surveying and Valuation. She has over 18 years’ experience in the field of real estate. She started her career with DosuFatokun& company and later moved to Adefila, Akinsomi,Salako&Partners. She held strategic position in these firms such as facility manager/resident surveyor and also served as head of the Agency Department before leaving to join adegbonmire & associates as the Chief Operating Officer from 2005 till date.

She has gone through various training among which is the Owners Management Programme at the Lagos Business School (LBS) in 2010 of which she is an alumina member, Enterprise 500 training programme 2011. She is an associate of the African Real Estate Society (AFRES), a professional member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS) as well as the International Facility Management Association (IFMA).

TOPE ADEGBONMIRE

Tope holds a First Class Honours Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) Degree in Estate Management from Federal University of Technology, Minna, and a Higher National Diploma (HND) in Quantity Surveying from Yaba College of Technology, Yaba and Master of Project Management programme with the University of Lagos, Akoka.

He started his career as a Project Quantity Surveyor at Abdul JalilHajaig Construction Ltd (1990), Project Quantity Surveyor/Manager at Chartered Properties Ltd (1991/1993), Banking Officer at New Frontier Mortgage Finance Ltd (1993/1995), Head Agency & Property Development at Akin Olawore & Company (1998/2001), Project Officer at Stallion Property & Development Company Limited (Unipetrol & NNPC joint venture) 2001/2003, and Product Development Manager at UACN Property Development Company PLC.

He has also worked with Intercontinental Homes, a subsidiary of Intercontinental Bank Plc as the Head Real Estate Department. He holds professional membership of the Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors &Valuers, the Nigerian Institute of Quantity Surveyor, the British Institute of Facilities Management, Member, the Nigerian Institute of Management and a registered Estate Surveyor &Valuer, He is also a fellow of the African Real Estate Society (AFRES), fellow of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS). Member of the International Facility Management Association (IFMA). He has a total of Twenty-three years working experience in the real estate sector.

He attended a Senior Management Programme at the Lagos Business School (LBS) and Real Estate Programme at the Prestigious Harvard Business School.

tope2  OLUSEGUN OLUGBEMI

He holds MBA from University of Lagos, 1990, M.sc in highway and transport Engineering and B.Eng. (Civil Engineering) from Ahmed Bello University, 1987, 1983 respectively.

Mr. Olusegun started his career as a lecturer, Ahmed Bello University, Zaria and from there he went into Banking Industry where he had his experience cut across so many departments as an executive officer. He resigned his appointment from Intercontinental Bank Plc as deputy General Manager, Branch Development in 2008.

FASOSIN ABIMBOLA

Mr. Abimbola Fasosin possesses Masters Degrees in Financial Management and Economics, with a certificate in Project Management (PMI). With over 15years experience in US Government, international and local consulting, Mr Fasosin possesses a keen insight into international program operation and the skill set necessary to succeed overseas.

His knowledge of global and intercultural competencies needed international work has been gained living and working in North America, Europe, and Africa, and has been put into practical use as a successful manager of staff and programs. He brings his advanced knowledge and experience with US Federal Governments financial management system and regulations as well as in-depth understanding of the African business environment. As Controller of TMG, Mr. Fasosin has provided contract and financial management to various US government and other international donor-funded programs. He has extensive experience in project start-up and closeout, including implementing financial and project management systems for field operations.
